Sssniperwolf is adamant about not having surgery. She even took her Twitter to talk about all the allegations she received about the surgery.

She had a nose job, according to various sources. Her nose used to be bigger and had a bump on it, but there's no indication of a hit these days.
It's just wholly reliable and appears to be smaller in size. She did admit to undergoing cosmetic surgery on her nose, but not a rhinoplasty.
Sssniperwolf wrote about it in a blog post about getting a septoplasty. She has breathing issues and a deviated septum, and she makes it evident that there is no other explanation.
